Anybody any recommendations for a beautiful journal or notebook please

It depends on your definition of beautiful. I think the roger La borde ones with the pictures on the pages are really lovely, but you may be after something more grown up.

I really like Paperblanks, particularly the geometric designs.

If it is for a fountain pen enthusiast, they may enjoy a Rhodia notebook. They make some of the nicest writing paper out there before you start getting into really luxury terrirory.

Amazon have some beautiful notebooks by Peter Pauper Press. I gift them quite frequently. Usually around a tenner. They have 160 pages and golden page edges.

Papier do some nice ones. There's usually a discount code floating about too.

The Wildflower illustration Company have expanded their online range into a real shop in Cheltenham. They have some lovely notebooks and beautiful cards etc. I love their stuff- they are a small business (husband and wife) and I just wish I was closer to Cheltenham!
