Ideas for 7 yo boy.

I need help, I'm out of ideas for 7yo, need a bunch of ideas to cover both Birthday & Christmas. He has all the obvious stuff, bike, scooter, music player, switch.

He's not overly daft on Lego, but likes playing with it once it's built. I can't decide if he's too big for Playmobil.

All ideas welcome.

My 7yo would say he's deffo too old for playmobil, but they're all different.

We have a yoto player that he loves and listens to every night to drop off to sleep. Not suggesting that it makes bedtime any easier! But it's part of the routine now.

I would agree with the yoto: they are making a lot of cards for older children now as their audience is growing up!

Sounds like my DS, defo too old for playmobil.

We've just been for a wander round Smyths and he pointed out a few switch games (steered towards the cheaper ones too!).

He like lego ninjago to an extent so looked at a couple of them.

Board games or other games we play a fair bit of so he picked up stuff like bopit and something called flip side. Apparently he wants some kinetic sand too but I know that will end up at the back of the cupboard unopened!

He'll be getting a football kit, probably another kit, new football boots, keeper gloves amongst other football stuff.

I got him a multi games table last year with pool, table football etc, that has been used loads so I'm going to get a fold up bigger pool table as the main present for Christmas and a TV for his room for birthday.

And he's asked for a power rangers Dino fury belt which apparently is fine that they can't be bought because Father Christmas can mKe anything 😂

I was getting ready to get rid of a toy workbench and he's taken to playing with the tools of it, But it's making me wonder if some sort of proper building kit would be a hit. I'm sure DC1 got a build a bird house kit.m around the same age

Magic and Science kits might be worth a look too.

My almost 7yo wants a hoverboard, but talking him out of it.
