Hi, just wondering what is on everyone's Christmas list this year? I have two girls 6 and 9 and I'm really struggling with what to get my 9 year old this year. I know it's only October but feel like it will be here before we know it!

My oldest DD is 11 now but I remember really struggling with what to buy her two Christmases ago! It gets much easier once they're over the awkward in-between child and tween ago!

Things that went down very well at that age were...
Roller blades or ice skates
Lego Friends/Lego Dots
Bath bomb-making set
Other crafty set like tie dye, candle-making, jewellery, sewing etc
Djeco scarf painting kit
Fimo (still loves this!)
Posca pens
Animal adoption
Polaroid camera
Gemstone mining bag
Fluffy jacket
Baking things
Personalised apron
Tickets to Matilda or other show
Echo dot
Board games
Squishmallow
Our Generation dolls/clothes
Sylvanian Families
Nice snuggle blanket for room
Lava lamp
Weird but true books
Set of books

My younger DD is 5.5. A few ideas for her at the moment are...
Glow art pad (top of her wish list!)
Mermaid tail for swimming
Djeco mosaic craft kit
Potion making kit
Set of books
Squishmallow
Magic mixie

She'll no doubt get a few toys like Lego or Sylvanian families, art and craft bit, maybe dressing-up things from wider family too.

The Glow Art looks really nice.

My DD 9 list this year includes:

Laptop
Telescope
Our generation dolls/accessories
Chemistry set
Board game - she just writes board game every year and I pick which one
Basketball hoop
Squishmallow
The next Lottie Brooks book
Lego - probably Lego friends
