Amazon returns

Hey all, we had a toy for my DS for Christmas from Amazon, however it has broken! It is still within the return window, does anyone know if we can return it to Amazon without the box, as this was thrown away? Or do returns have to be in the original box/packaging? Thanks!

Fill out the return online. There will be about 7 different options. Often post office collect with no box or label

You should still be fine.

You don't have to to return the packaging if it's faulty.
