Very easy canapés

Have some family coming over tomorrow for a drink nothing full on just decided after doing my food shop this morning I might do some canapés I have the base already and have a good stock cupboard full of things but need some easy quick ideas. Can go to corner shop if I need to but don't want to be heading to a big supermarket! Thanks and merry Christmas 🎄

Puff pastry bites with Brie and cranberry sauce.
Smoked salmon Bellinis

I put a smear of cream cheese on blinis and top with a little smoked salmon. Always go down well

My 17 year old son is making me a batch of blinis as we speak, love them with sour cream, cream cheese, smoked salmon or caviar. So easy to make and heavenly to eat.

Another idea is some melon wrapped in Parma ham. I put them on cocktail sticks

Do you have an air fryer and a packet of puff pastry?

Cut the pastry into small squares. In the middle put brie/cranberry, salmon/Boursin, Cheese/ham, (*anything else you might have in cupboard/fridge that sounds like it might go).

Fold each edge into a sort of approx parcel...could just make the corner meet in the middle, doesn't have to be sealed or completely covered.

Into air fryer on high for 5 minutes.

Gasps of amazement and general yum yum noises from everyone.
