Children's subscription boxes

Newnamefor2021 · 23/12/2022 13:59

So not really Christmas related but one of my children saw a monthly subscription box, I think it was building engineering projects, but it was American so obviously not doing a subscription from another country.

However, it has me wondering what subscription boxes there are for children? And if anyone has any recommendations.

Feel free to throw in some of your own adult ones too. I might treat myself.

Thanks 😊

Sorry my friend started this in Dec, so trying to help her out 😅

My daughter has a baking one which comes monthly.

She hasn't used it yet, the first two boxes are under the tree!

It was probably KiwiCo your child saw and it's brilliant

We've had Mud and Bloom www.mudandbloom.com/subscribe?gclid=Cj0KCQiA45qdBhD-ARIsAOHbVdHxxyZMZ7FQtyBHrDOJ3jkWtbJ1MBBgyR_Ryk7UExWrGBsgmSxhQ1UaAm2KEALw_wcB and Toucan boxes www.toucanbox.com/ .

Mud and bloom was lovely while I worked 3 days a week and my older 2 were toddlers, lovely quality craft materials and fun ideas. They are more time consuming though and need lots of parental involvement and as they are more outdoorsie tend not to work well if you don't get around to doing them for 3 months. The toucan boxes they need less adult input once they are older and you can pick the crafts you have want.

If it was Kiwi you can do UK delivery. They’re a bit slower but I don’t think we ever missed one. Boxes are great!

Just started Hand Me Down Book club subscription, 2nd hand books and you choose the age range.

A relative gets snack crate and enjoys them. Hit and miss on delivery times as coming from abroad.
Bloom and Wild Flowers were great but dropped off a bit, not sure if they have improved.

These are great. Thanks so much.

That's great to know Kiwi do UK delivery. I'll probably start that.

I have four children though so might see if any of the other suggestions they fancy.
Thanks everyone.
