Longer cooking in a very full oven

I noticed last year that everything took longer than usual, e.g stuffing balls took maybe 45 mins instead of 30 as per the packet.

If you have a lot in the oven and it throws the timings out - do you increase the time or turn the heat higher?

We normally cook the turkey first then cover in foil to rest. Whilst this is happening we put in the potatoes, pigs in blankets, stuffing etc. We only have an average 2 shelf oven and this works well every year.

@Rainbowgravy we have two ovens - one has the turkey and overflow but we still seem to have everything tightly packed in the ovens. Probably because I have vegetarian and meat options to do.
