Boxing Day dessert (storage issues)

Any ideas what I can do for Boxing Day dessert, that's easy (or not even bother)?

DD wants to cook. She's making guacamole with tortillas as a starter, followed by chilli, rice and pitta bread. The kitchen will be a bombsite, so will have to work around that as well. Our fridge/freezer are small, so just not the room to buy anything in advance.

Doesn't help DD and myself won't want a dessert and DH not overly fussed, but we've got quests coming with a large appetite.

Christmas crumble, but cheat and get a couple of packets of ready-made crumble topping. None of the other ingredients need to be kept in the fridge, either.

Massive pile of Christmas chocolate on the table?

Box of baklava from the supermarket.

Pandoro sliced into layers sandwiched with whipped cream (one tiny pot in the fridge can surely fit?) and topped with icing sugar and sparklers – looks dramatic and high effort, is actually easy.

Festive tart: ready-roll pastry sheet topped with apple or plum slices and sprinkled with brown sugar then baked. Dust with icing sugar and when serving, say it’s a festive tart even though it’s just a normal tart.

Room for vanilla ice cream in freezer? Affogato!

I did some spiced caramelised apples with dulche de leche and ice cream the other day.

(Peel), slice apples. Get butter up to bubbling in a frying pan. Add apples to butter. Fry til softish but not falling apart. Add spices of choice and some brown sugar.

Serve in a bowl with a dollop of dulche de leche and vanilla ice cream.

Ice cream factory - a couple of tubs of ice cream plus cream, melted chocolate, Maltesers etc.

Thank you. I've made notes and will take to supermarket with me - funnily enough I saw baklava in Lidl earlier.

Sadly, I can't go with the ice cream ideas as I really can't get anything else in the freezer.

I was going to suggest Nigella's gelato cake which I make for Xmas every year, but I see you have no room in the freezer. How about bought meringue nests with whipped cream and fresh raspberries and a warm chocolate sauce (just melt chocolate and cream together, add a bit of rum etc if you like, takes a couple of minutes in the microwave)
