We are going today and I should have thought about this before, but is there any way of giving information before our visit to Santa? I've seen other reviews who have said "it's amazing how much he knows about the child" but I've not given any information apart from her name.

Just wondering if I've missed an email or if you give information on the day?!

Thanks!!

We went last year and when my SIL booked it for us all she later asked for a list of specific things that DS likes- she said it was part of the booking to be passed onto Santa. Have a look at their website and see if there is any way to add this info to your booking

BloaterW1 · 21/12/2022 07:21

You can add it to your booking online.

feliciabirthgiver · 21/12/2022 07:24

Yes you need to add it online but I think you can also do it when you arrive and 'check-in' so don't panic and have a lovely day.

Hey i went last week! When you go to see Santa you go to a little check in desk and they ask you some questions so dont worry 😀 its lovely there, and very cold so wrap up warm! Enjoy ❤️

Thank you, I did look online but haven't been able to see a specific place annoyingly!

Look again it must be there.
Alternatively as you check in mention this to staff.

Go to your portal (you need to request a magic link via email but it's instant) it's under the personalise section.

Yolanda524 · 21/12/2022 08:08

Yes you do it online on a magic link they email to you. It’s easy to miss as they send too many emails.
They will also ask you at the check in desk when you get to see Santa so don’t panic.

I was worried it was overpriced and not worth it but we had an lovely time and it was worth every penny and so glad we did it. The girls think they actually saw the real Santa as he knew things about us and that we have a cat and it’s name.
enjoy your day.

When i took the kids about 5 years ago, you could write it down on an ipad before you went in to see santa. Enjoy op, it's magical.

TheOnceAndFutureQueen · 21/12/2022 09:26

We went a few weeks ago and I updated some details on our online portal the morning we went. They also ask you when you arrive for the Santa visit if you are happy with the details you have provided so you could mention some other things then.

Enjoy it! It's the most magical day and we had the best time!!
