Turkey cancelled due to courier issues

I ordered a turkey, chipolatas etc from an online butcher and they have emailed cancelling due to issues with DPD!
Can anyone recommend where to buy a turkey breast roll or similar to feed 3 that cooks quickly as I am short of free time to cook.

We have an account with DPD and they’re fine - some slight delays but easily fixed by Christmas.
They've probably over-sold, but why they couldn’t just say that I have no idea.
