General food shop xmas week

I'm going to do the xmas food shop in person but I've got a slot for tomorrow for all the essentials plus a few extras- lemonades, foil, washing tablets. What have you been putting in your pre xmas essential stock up? Feel like I've forgotten something

Some actual non festive food, I always forget that we need kids lunches and some dinner on the 23rd/27th when there’s not ‘special’ meals to be had.

ice cubes, kitchen roll, bin bags, batteries, butter, cream, tea bags, sugar, condiments

I’m only laughing because I have been known to forget that there are other meals to eat and other people who need to eat lunch.

The shops open again on Boxing Day, it’s Christmas not a siege.

You’d not catch me in a shop on Boxing Day. I think they should be closed.
