Ideas for gift for elderly couple

Hello

I have really wonderful neighbours who are in their mid-seventies that I buy for for Christmas .

Usually I buy them a voucher for coffee/ cake out. This year however, they are going out anywhere due to the husband being quite unwell since October and having 3 surgeries with another one ( brain) scheduled for January.

Any ideas for a couple that has everything. They have so much stuff already, limited diet, they love their garden but have everything.
