M and S food shop order

I know I've ordered food and remember it's due to be picked up at midday on xmas eve but have 'lost' the email. Does anyone know if I'll be ok rocking up without an order number? I've already paid £40 and have £10.50 to pay on collection. Probably being quite thick here - any help gratefully received

If you log into your M&S account you should be able to see the details of your order. 🙂

I've just checked my email it sats they will email you the day before your collection to confirm everything

Thanks very much all - I have looked back and I definitely paid the £40 but when I go to my account and the xmas food order part - it says I don't have a food order?!! Not sure I have the bottle to wait until Fri to see if email comes through then?

Hence now panicking a bit. I might try phoning...

The pork joint, dauphinois potatoes, those little chocolate pine cones with a melty centre, Oreo cookie pie, ALL the pigs in blankets and more!

My collection date is Thursday and I got a text yesterday confirming the date and time and if there are problems, to contact a store colleague.

I’d phone customer services to get your order number as you won’t be able to collect without it. And be prepared to be on hold for ages.

I've ordered a turkey crown and pigs in blankets, and other thing/s I can't remember

Panic over as have just phoned them and order is there but as a 'guest' hence not on my account. So I now have order number (just in case) but they should send another email in the next few days....

Phew!! The relief is real.

I collect Friday evening. I got an email this morning with a reminder and it includes my order.

I went for a Turkey, two(!) gammons (DH is obsessed) and a Yule log, got the pigs in blankets and stuffing yellow stickered a couple of weeks ago when I'd gone for soup for poorly DH and chucked them in the freezer.

Also have about 4 big bags of Salt and Vinegar Combo Mix crisps which we've hidden away as in our house they are considered to be Snacks of Excellence 😂😂

We only do an order for the pine cones and have added honey parsnips, vegan roast and stuffing!

Just to add the turkey crown from M and S was the best turkey we've had EVER - don't know why/how. Maybe I just managed not to overcook it for once!

Ours was lovely too (we had the free range stuffed turkey crown).
