Pretty tights for a teen

I'm all out of tights loop but I saw a girl wearing like an allnin one body suit, white with grey feathers on it. Absolutely stunning and I wondered are there any leggings/ tights brand's that are unusual and have pretty patternz?

Next’s children’s department goes up to 16 years and they have quite a few nice leggings and tights.
Alternatively there’s Tikiboo, and also Rainbows and Sprinkles but they’re quite pricy.
