DH would love one of these. Has anyone had one and can recommend? Cost seems to range from £150 to £700 which seems a lot (at both ends tbf).

I've had the Bluecrest one a couple of times as have my mum and sister. You can choose different packages and add on any extra tests you might feel you need. I would recommend them. Bit of an odd christmas present though 😊

It depends on what health issues/improvements your DH is looking to achieve. Health coaches charge between £750 and £2500 for up to 3 month personalised health programs.

Read up on them in some cases you get to pay for something the NHS provides for free.
They can also play into health anxiety with flags being raised at normal for you results.
