Panicking! Post !

Can someone help me . My friend who lives in oz posted me a parcel I really need to have for Xmas. It was sent end of October she paid insurance. I have been tracking it but no new updates from 11th November which said it had passed customs in uk and was handed to local courier . I have contacted AU post who say now because it has been handed over to a local carrier it’s no longer in their possession and to contact them but Iv no idea who the local carrier is and only have the AU tracking number

I’d message AU post on social media/email and ask who their UK delivery company is. I’d have expected they always use the same one.

I bought something from Australia and they used AusPost - if this is the same then I know it was then delivered via parcel force - hope this helps.
