you can make gingerbread men shapes into reindeers by turning them upside down so the legs become the antlers.

Oooh yes! Made a batch of hot chocolate today to finish decorating with and it got me thinking about making.

I'm only once before made "Sugar Cookie" dough but chilling them did work. There are quite a few recipes online but I like the ones that use vanilla extract and some almond extract, they sound really tasty.

I want to make S'mores brownies as a treat over the period, as the kids are obsessed with toasted marshmallows. I have my own brownie recipe which is awesome already but have never thought of a S'more version so will follow a recipe like this for the biscuit and marshmallow element.

Last year I tried to make these but I'm not a great baker especially where finesse is needed! And they were too thick. I did see in Aldi or Lidl some little empty pastry cases which may work as a good shortcut Smile P.s. I don't rate that recipe as it just uses ready made cookie mix and ready made "pudding cups" which I think is just like chocolate mousse yoghurt things? If you do make it use a proper cookie recipe and make a ganache for inside or like a rocky road mix of chocolate, butter and syrup!

I make gingerbread popcorn every year and it's very popular. I got the recipe from a free Tesco magazine years ago. I can dig it out if anyone wants.

This is fun, easy and looks splendid piled up and dusted with icing sugar or 100s and thousands

I make reindeer rice krispie treats for our school fair which always go down well.
Love the sound of gingerbread popcorn.

Martha Stewart Chewy& Crispy Chocolate Chop Cookies
You need to convert things like sticks of butter and all purpose flour , but well worth the effort

Cranberry & white chocolate cookies, these are known as Santa cookies in our house. The dough freezes well so I always bake a batch and freeze another.
