Help my mum has asked for 'socks with padded feet like for inside shoes and ankle boots not wellies'. Does anyone have suggestions as I'm not sure I understand what she's asking for!

Try searching for 'cushioned sole' socks. These will be ones that are a normal thickness for wearing with shoes on the rest of the sock, but have a thicker, terry knit (or similar) on the inside of the soles. They're nice - if you find some good 'uns, post on here as I need some more too 😄
