Is this a thing? Advent calendar filling kits

Hi all, I live alone and have one of the Hobbycraft wooden advent calendars I glitzed up a few years ago.

I don't want to fill it myself 😅 I've previously given money to friends and asked them if they can fill it for me, but that won't work this year.

Any ideas of companies that will send you 24 little bits to pop in them? Google is very kid based (no I won't take the hint) or 24 of the same thing.

Back up plan is go to local chocolate shop and buy 24 truffles, but I would love to have a surprise each day! 😅

We usually fill our cloth calendars with a £1 in each pocket and a chocolate - either a lindt santa or snowman, or chocolate coin. Also we save previous years' cracker jokes to put in. Not very imaginative though!

Look on Etsy. I've had stationery advent calendars and general advent calendars from there before and there's a lot of hobby related ones (eg yarns; teas; soaps, crystals or kawaii) Some of the parcels might be too big to fit in your space but you could always put a piece of paper saying where to look for that day.

Sorry meant to add the ones I've had a got a box filled with 24 wrapped and numbered parcels. The books and stationery ones I've had so far have been the best, and one of the generic ones was the worst. They're usually just described as xxx advent calendar though rather than advent calendar kit.

Definitely look on Etsy. There are.lots.of small businesses that do this.

Thank you! I was adding fillers to my search and just went with kit and calendar as above, now just have to choose between sewing, pamper or chocolate 🤣

Now that's a harder decision!

We have a set of tiny baubles and nativity figures that get put in every year, with random chocolate or Haribo in some of the slots.
