Borad game recommendations

I need recommendations for board games that we can play on Christmas day. Nothing too competitive and nothing too complicated.

For adults and teenagers.

Herd mentality.

Obviously I meant board games!

What games do you already have and play?

sushi go and sky go are simple card games.

ticket to ride? Alhambra? Good board games. Teens here enjoy pandemic too.

quirkle is easy to learn, pretty quick. Azul is simple.

Isle of cats, Pandemic, Ticket to Ride.
If you like card games then exploding kittens is fun and easy.

Bigger games: Codenames or Decrypto, Small world, ticket to ride, Concordia, Inis

Humbug is good fun

How many people, and how long should it last?
I'd suggest "Forbidden Island" (2-4 players, co-operative, not too complex, takes 30 mins)

Santa's Rooftop Scramble is a handy one.

I recommend Cascadia - not complicated, easy to learn, very satisfying

I rediscovered rummikub the other day. Fantastic !

We’ve just had a power cut and played Hand to Hand wombat - great fun and DC (11 and 12) loved it .

Cards against humanity….. depends on ages (they have a family edition though!)
