Just wondering what you've got/are planning to get for your 2.5-3yo's this year?

So far I've got a Paw Patrol busy book and that's it! I'm a bit stumped for ideas.

Already got all the ride-ons, scooter, balance bike etc.

What are your stocking gifts/gift ideas and for the bigger gifts too?

Thanks so much

@SparkleShot Can I ask if you have the larger playmobil dollhouse or the carry along on with the handle on top? I think DD would love this type of thing and wondering which one to go for, whether the larger one is worth the investment.

It's the take along one we have. It's still a decent size for playing with, it fills a kallax shelf. The handle and that it closes means my daughter can get it out/put it away herself so it gets played with more than it would otherwise. If you don't have room for a house out all the time (we don't) it's a good bet.

There some amazing big ones on sale on Amazon though! Playmobil 9266 City Life Modern House with Working Doorbell amzn.eu/d/2WgkqT5

You can’t go wrong with duplo or stickle bricks. Adults love stickle bricks too. 🤣
Handpuppets are good. Not only can you use them to make them smile it’s lovely imaginative play and encourages language skills.

DD played with her puppets for years and then used them to entertain her younger cousins. There’s the Puppet company who have the puppets with the story books.

The wooden Melissa and Doug fruit chopping, veg chopping, sandwich making, cooking, cookies etc were fun with her toy kitchen and then my nephews had the same years later.

Thank you! Quick Google showed the take along dollshouse on Studio at £25 so will take a punt with that before considering a bigger one, in case I get “no mummy, I not like this” which we’ve heard a LOT recently 🫣
