I want to do some really nice food for Christmas this year.

I've done Nigella's brined turkey before and it was fab.

So looking for other luxury recipes like this.

It wasn’t this one was it? The recipe was originally in a Good Housekeeping I think. It originally had kumquats in as garnish, but I couldn’t be bothered with them!
