Quad skates for small 9yr old

Hi DD is looking for some skates for Xmas. She’s in year 5 so doesn’t want anything too young looking but she’s in a shoe size 13 and all I can find below size 1 are a bit young looking.
Has anyone seen any skates that might fit her and not look too young?
Although if it has horses on she wouldn’t care how young they looked!

How long has she been a 13? Is it worth getting size 1-4 adjustable ones? Skate Hut has a variety on their site (free postage if you get via they'd eBay page too).

Rio Rollers come in a 13 and are half decent. Nice colours
