I love a good Christmas book to snuggle down to in winter.

Fiction or cookbook recommendations very welcome.

I’ll start with:

12 days of Christmas and last Christmas at the castle by Trisha Ashley
Christmas chronicles by Nigel slater
Letters from father Christmas by J.R.Tolkien
Hercule Poirot’s Christmas by Agatha Christie

If you're looking for some drawing book for this Christmas, I highly recommend this one amzn.to/3h8Lnfd

My daughter received it as a gift and it becomes her favorite book so far

Merry midwinter by Gillian Monks is absolutely delightful. It's not a recipe book as such, though it does have some recipes. It's more a soothing life manual. It was reviewed in woman's hour radio 4 (with Jenni Murray so going back a bit) which inspired me to buy it and I drag it out at the same time as Nigel's Christmas chronicles every year.

There is also an Enid Blyton Famous Five Christmas book with a few short story’s in.
Last year I read The Cat of Yule Cottage by Lili Hayward and really enjoyed it. And The Twelve days of Christmas by Trish Ashley already mentioned and enjoyed that also.
I read the Night before Christmas every year too!
