Extended returns periods

IIRC lots of shops do an extended returns period over Christmas. Does anyone know when these typically start?

DD has asked for some trainers but I'm loathe to buy them if the returns period is going to run out. Have tried online chat with Nike but they didn't know.

Usually late October early November.

If they do the same shoes on Schuch you have a year to return regardless.
