Glitzeez/ barbie compatibilty

Hi does anyone know if glitzeez accessories such as horse and kart would be suitable to fit barbie dolls?

I don't have any experience with glitzeez dolls on Barbie but I've just had a quick Google. I could only find Glitzeez fairy which is 10.5 inch compared to Barbie who is 11.5 inch tall. I do know that Steffi doll accessories are the same size as Barbies and are a bit cheaper and you can pick them up in most toy shops and supermarkets x
