is it safe to eat the turkey

which was left over night in the oven....oven off. dh's fault. only about 8 ls of the clucker still to be eaten that i am slightly edgy about getting salmonella from/. any health and safety officers out there who can advise? lucy.

i agree. just asked my mum and she said " well i would." i have a 2.5 year old and a 5 month old i am utterly knackered and the thought of food poisoning on top of it is to too much. happy boxing day and thanks x
