I'm going to have a lovely lazy morning (poor DH is going to work a 5am), then I'm going to my mum and dad's for lunch.

Got to be a better day than today!

I'm doing a fun run in fancy dress, in aid of red cross. Should be wonderful with a hangover LOL

KbearingUpUnderTheStrain · 25/12/2007 20:14

oh well done themoon66.

We are thinking of visiting our local animal park to wish the animals a Happy Christmas

mckenzie · 25/12/2007 20:26

We're going to the park to get some fresh air and walk/run off the food we've eaten the last few days. Then DH will take DS to the football and DD and I will hit the sales.
Dh bought me some fab new clothes for Christmas and now I need some new shoes/boots to go with them

DavidTennantsMistress · 25/12/2007 20:30

going home to mums ASAP in the morning. for a second christmas day - we have pressies form my side of the family - all of us together - first proper time in 5 years i've done it - so back home, do the pressies thing then the women stay at home with the kids, men go off to the pub, women go and get them about 5pm, drag them home few more drinks at home then everyone goes home and recovers - exactly what boxing day should be! lol.

themoon66 · 25/12/2007 20:31

Shops are not open tomorrow are they??

XmastimePelvicfloorsandWine · 25/12/2007 20:37

I was going to hit the shops tomorrow but am so tired so probably won't go now.

We are off to my parents for the day so i shall do nothing but eat and slob, lol.

Hulababy · 25/12/2007 20:38

Lazy start to the day, then have my parents, my sister and boyfriend, my brother and PILs over for afernoon. Think PILs are sleeping over.

Maidamess · 25/12/2007 20:38

BIG walk. Bubbly and nibbles (groan) with friends. Will try not to eat as though it's my last day on earth....

lyra41 · 25/12/2007 20:40

aaarrgh, have to cook agaaain, both my brothers and their families (6 kids) are coming for lunch. looking forward to seeing them, but not to cleaning the house and cooking the meal.

lizziemun · 25/12/2007 21:09

Got to go to the in-laws for lunch/dinner.

Won't be staying long as i have got a heavy cr*py cold today. Not that i will be using that as an excuse .

Am just waiting for love actully to start then i am going to watch in bed.

DanJARMouse · 25/12/2007 21:12

Roll on tomorrow indeed. Today has been crapola for me, so cant wait to get to my dads in the morning and chill it at his. Will take the kids down the park if the weather is ok as im suffering from severe lack of fresh air - has been pissing it down all day here and bloody windy to boot.

Dad is doing a roast beef dinner and my brother is coming over, so will probable spend the afternoon chatting and playing silly games the way we always used to.

Thank god the kids are asleep now, DH is just running my dad home and then i plan on going to bed myself..... once ive located the malibu, the coke and the ice and downed a few!

It is my mil's birthday. We have a fairly reasonable relationship although she can be a little "frosty" in her manner at times.

Unless I am working we go to her house for tea. Mixed feelings as it is very child-unfriendly, e.g open gas fire with no guard, lots of ornaments on tables at an ideal height for children...
