Right, my turkey just wont cook, it is a turkey crown that was supposed to cook in 1hr 50min. All my veggies are cooked, the turkey has been in the oven for 3 hours at gas mark 6, when it is supposed to be on 5 but my oven is slow.
It is supposed to have a pop up timer but thats not popped up, i guess it could be broken but im really not sure if the turkey is cooked or not. I tasted a bit from the middle, it tastes ok but very moist, its hot, how do i know if it is cooked i dont want to poison us all????
Ive now turned the oven to 7!!!!!!!!!
