How does the Santa tracker work on Google earth

We have Google earth, and have downloaded the Santa tracker, and it says it is running. However, we can find no sign of Santa flying around. Does anyone know how it works?

Make sure the Santa box is ticked on the left hand side - or go in via the NORAD website - there's a link to Google earth and it's definitely working on there.

I love it - have been watching it on and off throughout the day - fascinating!

Second the tip about going in through Norad - there's also a section of games to play at the North Pole.

You must download the latest version of Google Earth - can do this directly via the Norad website. Do this and then download the Santa tracker and it will come u.

had same problem myself earlier today. He is currently flying over Madagascar

I have got Santa flying over Madagascar but it's like a still photo rather than last year when the reindeers' legs were moving. Am I doing something wrong?

I can't get it to work either.
