These all sound wonderful. We've been covided, so plans cancelled and no delivery slots etc, so probably be having some rice from the cupboard. Got mulled wine though.

Mushroom, spinach and quorn Wellington with roast potatoes, roast veg (carrots, onions, parsnips), steamed broccoli and sprouts and for the fussy kids Yorkshire puddings and a small dish of cauliflower cheese just in case they don't like the Wellington.

Nut roast - Allegra McEvedy recipe, which I'm going to make into a Wellington. Traditional Christmas Dinner veg. Christmas pudding.

It's my first time catering for a veggie. I've made a three nut roast from one of the Xmas food magazines, with veggie 'bangers in duvets' found in Tesco.
All the sides will be veggie, as are the pud and trifle.

Some sort of mushroom thing I'm going to be eaten for days as it serves 6! This is our second Christmas Dinner of the year, already done a nice nut roast thing.
