But you know when your friend is dating a guy and only knows his name is Mike, he works in Law and lives in Hackney? I’m that friend who can find his entire FB and LinkedIn profiles within minutes

I believe this is a smocked dress (although could be a romper). The brand could possibly be Willbeth although I’m not sure how reliable My source is. (She was totally wrong last time!)
