Stuffing help

So for some reason I have decided to make my own stuffing this year!
My recipe is sausage meat, fresh sage and dry cider all of which I have.
The recipe also says 400g of fruit and nut loaf? Which I cannot find?!

Is there an alternative I can use for the fruit and nut loaf? Or a different tripe that uses the ingredients I already have?

We do similar to this but add in some bacon too. Can you find those ingredients in the fridge (with or without the bacon)?

Fruit, nuts and breadcrumbs?

I have before added a box of the dry stuffing mix (Sainsburys do a cranberry and orange one), I make up the stuffing first with boiling water and then add to the sausage meat mix.
