Advice needed for Christmas tips (££ tips - not advice tips IYSWIM)

I am just wondering what the deal is with Christmas tips for the following:

1. Cleaner
2. Postman
3. Dustmen
4. Anyone else ??

Can you tell me how much is an appropriate amount?

will be watching with interest. I chickened out with our dustmen and just left out a huge tin of choccy biscuits......
I hope they don't think I'm tight.....I may get home and find they have emptied my rubbish all over my garden......

Milkman ditto
Dustmen £3 in card
Paper boy £1 in card

Going to leave £10 for bin men as they do us cheeky little favours all the time ( plus it's London - prices are higher and all that! )
