what one of those big drumsticks? you'd have to soak it in brine or something they aer very tough.

Prepare to be disappointed!

no it's not a drum stick no bones it's like a little mini joint but think i may get something else. was going to get a turkey crown but the cheapest was £13 and to much for just 2 of us,

No theyre fine, unroll it stuff it with sausage meat (just take the skins off some sausages) roll it back up and tie it with string. Spread butter over the skin and follow coking instructions on the pack remembering to add a little extra cooking time because of the stuffing. Im assuming this is a fresh joint that you take from the packaging and roast in a tin and not a cheap Kery Katona fake smile bung in the oven one? In which case I cant help you!! Merry Christmas!

no it's a fresh joint not kerry katona crap thanks for that will give it a go

agree with the brine soaking - will moisten it.
