Bread sauce in the freezer from last yr

Use it or lose it? Surely it won't do us any harm?

It'll be disgusting. It's bread sauce, after all, so it'll be disgusting, however long it's been in the freezer.

thanks for your opinion , but that's not terribly helpful from a practical perspective! Smile
For extra info I don't put any cloves in and major on the onions and butter so it's absolutely scrummy!

It will be safe to eat but it might not taste fantastic. I freeze bread sauce ( god how I love bread sauce) and after a few months it has a tainted taste I find.

If it's been well packed, it will be fine. I keep a lot of stuff from one year to the next and there's never anything wrong with any of it. We have stuffing from last year in the freezer, because I buy it from M&S when they sell it off for 50 p a pack instead of a few quid.
