Oodie delivery

Has anyone ordered an Oodie and had relatively quick delivery? Ordered one for my sister and afterwards saw quite a few negative comments about very slow dispatch, hoping for some positive stories 😬

I ordered 6 Oodies in November. I ordered Oodies rather than another brand because the dispatch date was 19th November. Still not arrived. No response to my emails. V v pissed off at spending that much money on Christmas presents that haven’t arrived

We ordered one early November as it said early December for delivery, it arrived two days later on a Sunday by Royal Mail!

No sign of my Oodie refund yet

I ordered two oodies on black Friday. Got an email saying they’d been dispatched mid December. When I checked the tracking it said the ordered was cancelled. Chased it up with The Oodie. They say the courier firm did collect. Courier say the order was cancelled. The Oodie say it’s not their problem and that they can’t refund me. I’ve been emailing them and trying to speak to the couriers. Am getting no where. I gave them a terrible review on Trustpilot but they are still saying they dispatched the order so they won’t give me a refund. I’m so angry. Awful company. It’s now been 7 weeks and nothing.
