Gift for 3year old boy? Help!

I need to find a gift for my nephew who is three he and I’m all out of ideas.
His mum (my sister) is no help and just said he likes cars and being loud! I know he’s already got a wooden garage so doesn’t need that.
I have around £25 to spend - any ideas much appreciated!

3 year olds like everything! Playdoh is great for that age, or any role play and dress up stuff - what about a fire fighter dressing up outfit?
If you want it to be car related, Melissa and Doug do a magnetic car loader which is super cute and would go with the car garage. Or other vehicles - a brio or bigwigs train track?

Remote control car?

Magnatiles! If you buy the fake ones from Amazon or eBay they would be in budget. They really provide so much play. My noisy, vehicle obsessed 3yo DS loves them and they’re very calming which your sister might appreciate.

That said both DSes always appreciate more little metal cars - the hot wheels type - and a 5 pack is usually about £10-15.

Mine loves math-link blocks (we use them as a bath toy), also magnatiles and duplo. Bit of a menace with proper lego though and constantly annoys older sibling by deconstructing people!

Does he have a nice umbrella? A splashsuit? Scuttlebug?
