Actually nice spa break recommendations?

Looking to gift a 2 night 5* star hotel/spa break with the following:

• A spa you could potentially spend half a day in, with a decent amount of facilities and space.
• Offers massage treatments.
• Location has good walking/cycling nearby. The recipients live in the Brighton area and would be willing to travel 3ish hours max by car.

Lime Wood in the New Forest

Champneys in Tring is lovely and has all of what you’ve asked for.

Would also prefer mostly indoor spa facilities as this will be for a winter/early spring break. Thanks!

Another vote for Lime Wood - I am lucky enough to travel for a living (well used to!) and it's a lovely spa

The Ned in London has the prettiest spa in my opinion and a great little gym and library room. Also lovely restaurants and Live music so fun in the evenings.

Center Parcs would fit your criteria.

CP is a hell hole, sorry.

And yeah, I went to a Champneys for a work thing and it was not nice.
