Best gammon recipe

Hi all, I've got 2 gammons to cook for 2 different family occasions over Christmas can you please hit me with your most delicious recipes please! Think I'd prefer it so the gammon could be sliced as opposed to falling apart in a slow cooker type but open to being convinced either way.

Definitely go for a recipe where it's boiled first then roasted with a glaze, especially if it's a large gammon, my ex MIL always buys a huge gammon and roasts it from raw, by the time the middle is cooked the outside is cremated.
