Help! Ideas for my DH please

My DH is so hard to buy for. His birthday is also shortly after Christmas! Please help!

I have a bottle of whisky (he asked for it), socks, an air tag and nothing else so far.

Vouchers: he doesn’t like them and not a fan either, tickets to events: not interested in sports, concert are challenging as he has very specific taste
Food gifts: doesn’t want.
Clothes: I often get clothes, he doesn’t need anything per se, dresses in mono colours so would be more black/navy/grey stuff.
Books: reads on kindle, no to amazon vouchers. (Gets them from another family member)
Has an apple watch and air pods.

He travels a lot, bought him a new small trolley for hand luggage last Christmas. Any other good travel gift ideas?
We have RHS and NT memberships.

Is not into sports, likes animals/snorkelling/nature/stars. Likes cooking but we have enough kitchen gadgets and cooking books.

I got DH an Escape Room puzzle book, might be handy for while he is waiting around during his travelling.

Previous gifts for my DP that have gone down well include an Amazon Echo, board games, heated throw (he works from home), and tech items like iPad/Apple Watch etc.

He has an apple watch and ipad, has a telescope too. Sleep buds might work for travel, at home we have two small children and need him in the night. 😅
