Thanks @TimeForTheChristmasTree for the title, although so many options to pick for this one!

If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

I've got a £60 pair of pjs in my m&s basket....why can't they give me the nightwear discount - I refuse to pay that much! Its the principle at this point. 🙈

Morning thanks for the new thread, 20% off cashmere & merino was my gift from M&S. that’s no good to me, I want free stuff (spits dummy out of pram)
I’ve pretty much completed my shopping and done the wrapping. I’m sure I’ll find a present or two still to wrap when I check all the hiding places.

@PinkDaydreams

Just a word of warning with ASOS, regular deliveries (not the premier acount next day) are extremely slow at the minute.

Premier isn't great either. They seem to be using a European warehouse and deliveries taking longer. I have Premier and ordered a tux suit for DS a couple of weeks ago. Jacket arrived next day (Tues) and was advised to expect trousers on the Friday. Which was cutting it fine as was for 18th party on Sat. They arrived the following Tuesday Hmm

Amazon have seriously gone down in my estimation this Christmas, too. I ordered a few notebooks as gifts and they arrived damaged. It took me 30 minutes to speak with the right person via chat and a further 1 hour argument explaining that I live nowhere near a post office so if they want the items back they'd have to send someone to collect them. They cost £10 total. They point blank refused to send replacement or give me a refund without me sending the damaged items back. Eventually we agreed they would send someone - Hermes came the following week and wouldn't accept the QR code provided. So I've given up. Now each time I go to use Amazon I'm weighing up where else I can buy it. Appalling!! I spend £££ with them every year but man they have changed their policy.

But that's all a bit whiny so here are some shout outs for fabulous service and products:

The Datery - delicious and stunning chocolate covered dates
Oh Polly - fast delivery, pretty packaging - teen DD loved
Booze and Burn - Dark Honey and Tobacco candle is incredible scent and long lasting. Made from old wine bottles - efficient service and fabulous product - loads of other gorgeous scents too

Just received a Speed Track. I originally bought the 4m but bumped into a friend who has one and she advised getting the longest. I swapped for the 6m. Just had a play and it’s great - perfect for my boys. I have one very destructive twin so I don’t think we’re ready for Hot Wheels loops but this is really sturdy and worked well for me. I know some people have not been impressed but if you have one packed away I would get it out and have a play before returning as it might work for you. Whoever recommended in the first place thank you! Xmas Grin

Trying to motivate myself to tidy living room ready for the tree. Then I can wrap and put family presents under to clear some space.

Hi. I’m new on this bit! My offering before an ask to help find something would be Rex London - the ‘offers’ section has clearance items which are great little extras and super cheap. Sticky notes, little sewing kits, tealight holders, not tat and loads under £1. Everything I’ve had is nice quality

www.rexlondon.com

My ask is for 13yo DD. A few years ago she had a journal called ‘my life unzipped’ which was boxes to fill in about yourself - likes, dislikes, favourite books, films, family tree etc. she’d like a more grown up version of the same but the only ones I can find are quite self-help based like ‘my anxiety journal’ or ‘confident me’ - she just wants something fun where she’s asked a question and can fill it in. For context she does actually have anxiety and is with CAMHS so she has lots of books on that and just fancies something fun or light. Any ideas would be gratefully received if anyones seen anything?

Is there a code for JD sports doing the rounds that means I don’t need to spend over £100? Tried a few but none are working

@Mykittensmittens there's a seller on etsy that does personalised "All about me" journals and you can choose which age you start from so the questions are appropriate. Seller is LifeofSprout

@Justhereforthechristmasthreads thank you! I’ve messaged that seller and fingers crossed.

Thank you for those who suggested Amazon, that Pipp is the fancier version and you can’t get a Zipp version so I daren’t buy that for the arguments it will cause! I will continue to refresh smyths like a madwoman.

@Mykittensmittens what about a bullet journal and some fine liners? Then she can always get inspiration for various pages from Pinterest?

Thank you for the new thread @Reastie!

Happy Puzzle Co has 15% off everything this weekend here

Zavvi is still doing various Lego discounts every day (although today's is an adult flower bouquet and bonsai tree bundle Hmm)

Prezzybox has 20% off a personalised box of 32 Malteser reindeers with code RUDOLPH

This may be a dim question but is there a thread anywhere for people specifically offering Vodafone codes?! I have loads of offers on my Very Me app which I'm not going to use, would be happy to pass them on but the thread I used to post on has gone - I can put them on the bargain referral thread if that's the closest, but I'm not offering to get anything in return, IYSWIM!

Anyway.... the Lidl - Brio lookalike sets
Does anyone know if these have been in store a while or if they're new in, please?

Just wondering how likely I am to actually find any in store.

I wish with the M& S offers it wasn't so random - my nearest is 20 milled round trip - not sure I'll bother for a free hand wash that they may not have

Let's hope I win the tickets to Gary

No - he is everywhere - I have popped to see my Dad - he has lovingly saved a Christmas wine feature from his weekend paper and who is one of the panel - GB !
