Struggling to match the number of stocking fillers for my 12-year old DS with his older brother.

They will count them!

Any ideas?

B&M have loads of novelty Xbox items in. I bought my 13 yr old a door sign, pen, mug and stress Xbox symbol from there. They also had an extendable torch which I think I'll go back and get.

my ds (13) has
phone charging cable
earphones
gloves
matchbox sized card game (from sainsburys)
small puzzle/memory game
sitting person phone stand
stress ball
novelty hair wax
chocolates
posh shower gel
card game of rugby tivia
friends card game

I'm thinking I might have gone too young for my 12 yr old, but:
White chocolate orange
Can of coke
Poppit
Whoppee cushion
Metal interlocked puzzle in the shape of an atom
New wallet
Chocolate money

Off to Google candy kittens, look at present indicative, and put rope lights from tesco seasonal aisle on the shoppong list!

Small Lego set
Individual pot of lucky charms cereal
Cool keyring
New water bottle
Fancy yo-yo
Various chocolates
A book

Jar of lotus spread
Costa / Starbucks gift card
Can of Japanese pop they sell in hmv
Favourite sweets
Torch
Book

If your not sure what to get I'd go with mainly consumables so they don't stay around indefinitely

I am thinking of getting a nice pic of my dog and getting them a cushion. I think they’d love it

@TheOrigRights that’s a good idea.
I’ve bought a lie detector from AliExpress, never bought anything from there before.
Also thought of a Stretch Armstrong, but they are quite expensive.

Hot chocolate bomb

Davidoff cool water
Moo milk straws
Disco ball (about the size of an orange)
Mint matchmakers
Candy cane

Christmas slipper socks
Tubes of smarties and haribo

@TwigTheWonderKid if you have a B&M near you they do Pringle lengths with 8 inside or smaller "crackers" with 4 packs. Got some this week.

In B&M too, I got my kids a similar idea with Pot Noodles (which they love Confused)

If he's into music, then a kalimba might be an idea. Someone mentioned them on another thread and I had to google it but think they'll go down well with my music loving 12 and 13 year olds. Depends on the size of your stocking though-it would have to be fairly large or stretchy to fit

Kyliealwayshadthebestdisco · 07/12/2021 00:39

Does he like puzzles? Mine loves a good wooden or metal physical puzzle - there is a Mensa range and some other ranges - there are some great ones in Menkind and on Amazon. Also loves putting together wooden kits that have cogs that interact etc from ROKR or similar on Amazon. Loves Jolly Rancher American sweets. And loves any merch from his favourite youtuber even if it’s socks lol. I often buy him things related to his favourite TV shows/movies/computer games. There is a site called red bubble that’s good but beware the US shipping charges!

I'm marking my place here if you don't mind, x

Shoe horn for football boots.

We have a long-handled one, but I've got him a short one to put in his kit bag. It's life changing I tell you!
