Has anyone received their orders? After 11 days I have chased mine... only to be told it is stuck in customs in Europe.

Does anyone have experience of how long it could take please? Am I likely to get these Christmas presents?

I'm in Italy and mine came in about 5 days. I was a bit surprised it came from Poland and not Copenhagen!

Mine came from Poland too, six working days to Ireland. I would contact them again op.
