Can anyone recommend any chocolates that don’t taste all waxy and oily? The taste of chocolate has changed almost entirely in recently years (the children don’t seem to have noticed). I used to love Guilian seashells but they’re all greasy and horrible now too. I’d love to get myself a box of chocolates for Christmas but don’t know where to turn now!
He’s anyone had Lindt Lindor recently? Have they been ruined yet? Any other recommendations?
Thanks 😊

Another vote for Audreys, they're the best

I recommend Leonidas, but be aware that many of them have a very short shelf life because they use fresh cream etc. I once bought some back from Belgium, and then an extra 4 boxes for friends, but forgot that they were all in holidays too, and it was August. Even in the fridge they were only going to last a week after the journey.

I may have had to eat quite a lot before they went off....Hmm

NB this was quite a few years ago, so I guess it's always possible they're not as delicious as they used to be!

Aldi moser roth are lovely, even their dairy fine cheap stuff is palm oil free and pretty good.
My personal favourite is Tony's Chocolonely- ethically produced, no palm oil and delicious
