Don’t suppose if anyone knows if Emma Bridgewater ever do offers on their personalised mugs? My sister broke a personalised mug from EB that had huge sentimental value and I’ve been waiting till Black Friday to try and get her a replacement for Christmas but there seems to be 25% off everything except the personalised stuff 😭 They’re just way out of my budget at full price. Wondering if it’s worth me hanging on for a deal or admitting defeat!

I don’t think they discount the personalised mugs :(

A longshot, but if you happen to live near Stoke it might be worth popping into the factory shop. They sell seconds, including personalised ones that went a tiny bit wrong, so if she has a common name you might luck out!

I got one last year for my aunt, I signed up for the newsletter and got 15% off which worked on personalised although delivery cancelled this out but better than nothing, might be worth trying that?

They had a deal on personalised mugs about a month ago. 25% off from memory. I don't think there will be another before Christmas but it is is something they do a couple of times a year. In the past it has been free personalisation up to a certain number of letters but this was a straight percentage. Worked out better for short names. Might be worth waiting for a birthday?

They have up to 10 letters free on personalisation sometimes. How much are you looking to spend, I have a £10 off £50 spend voucher if that would help you?

It is definitely worth popping in or getting someone to. I went once and found an unusual name personalised on a mug, you could not tell it was a second!!
