Thanks @squishmycherry for the title. A massage gin sounds interesting !

20% of all toys with code TOYS20 at Argos

Harry Potter hogsmeade currently showing as £70 but changes to £46 when added to basket, TOYS20 then takes a further 20% off making it £36.80!*

Am sure there are more bargains to be found, I think any image with "Black Friday" on them will change price once added to basket. You can only see the label when you click on the item though

@catsarebetterthandogs9
Thank you for that bargain!
Re HP sweets- I got the M&S ones - they have house chocolate lollies and white chocolate Hedwigs that are nice.

I've just been playing around and there's loads more. I've only really looked at Lego but the much talked about Lego adidas shoe goes down to £40 with the code!

@thaegumathteth

Anyone a gamer? Ds needs wireless headset which is compatible with both ps5 and Xbox series s. Trying to work this out is harder than my degree!!

Honestly from all the research I have done previously for my boys - you won't find one. My understanding is XBOX and PS5 use different audio firmware and audio inputs and so aren't compatible with all wireless devices.

There are plenty wired options that work with all devices though but if that's not an option I think you would need to buy 2 separate ones.

Froppysue · 24/11/2021 01:55

@thaegumathteth depends… you couldn’t use a wireless ps headset on Xbox, and vice versa, but you can get multi platform head sets that are cross compatible.
We have few Blush
Depends on your budget - Arctic 7x is brilliant, but we have a cheaper razer set (kracken I think) which is also great, they can also be used on pc, vr etc.
Most wireless headsets usually come with a wire too so he could have both options.
Hope this helps.

I’m actually going to double check tomorrow @thaegumathteth as I think our razer ones might in fact be wired.. I’m half asleep 😂 the Arctic ones are definitely wireless but I can’t remember what the other wireless ones are and it’s annoying me lol

@Justyou

I had ordered a Neom diffuser from next which got cancelled, I thought I’d not care much either way but I actually really do want one, is there anywhere that does discounts at all on these?
I’ve had a cheaper one and it wasn’t the best, I am getting some money gifted to treat myself and I’m thinking of splashing out but still want the best deal I can find.

Try direct. They’ve got some good Black Friday stuff on now.

Had emails from JL to say refunds have been processed for the recalled goods, they've refunded correctly, incase anyone was worried about them not refunding or charging more.

@Justyou coming to recommend buying direct from Neom too, they have gifts with purchase this week, I bought a diffuser this week as a gift and got a bath foam and body oil free. I’ve had the foam a few times now, it’s really lovely. I’ve had my Neom pod for a few years now, never had any problems so wouldn’t buy a cheaper one. They often have bundle prices to buy with the oils too

It’s mentioned further up but I’m saying it again,

Argos 20% off toys with TOYS20, can be used on top of other promotions.

Just go the Lego City Town Centre, RRP £90 down to £60 as of today (almost bought from JL for £67 last night), plus 20%… £48!!!

IDontDrinkTea · 24/11/2021 06:45

Just to say the Argos TOYS20 also stacks with their 2 for £30 toy deal, so you get 2 for £24!

seasalt has 3 for 2 on lots of things at the moment - including the cute jutes ( which I’m trying to resist!) which can be good for presents/mini hampers
@RJnomore1 seems like you've already had this, but I would also recommend Anker Soundcore. I actually prefer them over the AirPods I have, battery life is great too. I don't use them for calls so can't comment on microphone quality

I've got the Liberty 2 which I like, but tbh I was just as happy with the much cheaper Life P2 (now given to DD). Think all are reduced on Amazon but I usually check their own website for specific details.
Was going to say Anker. Really rate them.

Just a further heads up. The 20% off toys section wasn't showing last night and now it is it says selected toys only. However, I've added toys not on that list into my basket and used the code and it's worked. I'm sure it's a glitch and will be fixed soon so get it while you can Grin
