I'm not a massive fan so I'm bloody useless, but please could you tell me what snacks go nicely with camembert to make up a hamper?

Thanks!

A brie baker if they don't already have one.
Nice crackers, a jar of posh chutney. Normandy cidre or a calvados. Aren't you a nice friend!

Chutneys, breads and crackers

A Brie baker is amazing. It's outside of the budget though.

It's for Secret Santa. I've got my brother who buys himself whatever he wants whoever he wants - making presents difficult! I've seen a really nice Camembert hamper from M&S. I then usually get a token gift for the others in the SS who I didn't draw so I was going to get his wife some snacks to go with it so they could make an evening of it.

I might suggest the Brie baker to my mum, though. Unless he's already got one. He's the type to already have one!

A nice bottle of white wine!

(Not a snack, obviously, but goes very well with baked Camembert)

I also like to dip apple in mine, and have roasted garlic on the bread we dip, so maybe some giant garlic?

Caramelised onion chutney

Mini wine might be more in budget, and also looks cute

If it's the £35 hamper, it comes with a ceramic cheese baker so no need to buy another one.

I'd get some onion marmalade/chutney - a posh one - and some fancy cracker or savoury biscuity type things. Or nice sweet treats. A fancy farm shop is your friend here!

@madamy

I can't believe that hadn't crossed my mind. Genius. Thank you!

And thank you everyone. I'm shamelessly blaming baby brain and lack of sleep for not coming up with my own ideas!
