We usually just have everything but the meat when we do a roast, so probably just that. I love yorkshires, roast potatoes & a big pile of honey glazed carrots and parsnips. Ooooo, & cauliflower cheese.
We're actually pescatarian so I might do a salmon wellington as its Christmas. We've tried nutroast a few times but DH has IBS (one of the main reasons we stopped eating meat, he can't seem to digest it) & something in the ones we had seemed to set it off.
