PJs / Loungewear

Looking to get dd (19) good quality PJs / loungewear. She is in uni halls so looking for something decent - but not fleece. Preferably jersey, but reasonably thick / not see through. Have looked at loads of places - ASOS, Pretty Little Thing (hate that site but I know it's popular), BooHoo etc but struggling to find anything that I think she would like. Any suggestions of websites to try? ASOS has this style which looks nice but no long bottoms available (she's an 8-10). Also I bought some PJs for her already from there and where they looked nice on the site, in real life you could spit peas through them!

Genuinely, Primark. Their pjs are excellent quality, wash brilliantly and last for ages.

Lands End and Fat Face do decent Pj’s in good fabrics

Have you seen popsy pjs? Very pricey though but cool prints.
I love Tesco pjs!

M&S have some lovely PJ sets, they're not all for older women, they sell something for everyone

Uniqlo and John Lewis have some lovely ones

Their Nibs, Elizabeth Scarlett, British Boxers all do really nice pyjamas!

I think I want plainish ones rater than patterns. She seems to get together with her friends for movie nights so something she can relax in but also doesn't mind being seen in.
Lands End ones look quite nice.

The Chelsea peers are lovely designs but all seem to be satin

They're not all satin. There's some that are like recycled but they're very soft polyester material. Very breathable. They have a new collection too which is more wool type material. I love the CP ones and so does my 8 yo

The best pyjamas I’ve ever heard are primark and the occasional supermarket ones.

I’m early 20s and finished uni a while ago but I think I know exactly what your DD means. Sturdy, good quality, can survive the washing machines in halls, plain so not too ‘geeky’ and good to be around others in.

Have a look at Primark. Really great cotton ones, I’ve used mine for 3-4 years each, and I wear them every night!

Try Cyberjammies - there are some plain ones there

British Boxers has plain ones.

M&S is my PJ go to. But Next had some nice ones in last time I was there.

And primark are surprisingly good for PJs. They have the thick sort

Got a lovely pink lounge suit in Tesco's yesterday really reasonable and as good quality as the one I got from M&S last year and so much cheaper 😊

New Look are good for PJs for teens.

Would agree about Primark too.

Might try and go to Primark. Usually use New Look but not impressed with the selection this year. Issue is I have a picture of the perfect set in my head and can’t find them! But it’s only jammies I’m sure I’ll find something. Thanks for all the suggestions

If you throw in plain and no pink - you have no chance!
